Meet Our Team

Melanie Goetz – President
Melanie is President of Progress for Prostate and serves as the public relations account executive for the company. Melanie has over 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations.  She has worked with public relations and outreach programs for special districts, non-profits and government contractors.

Spencer Green – Vice President
Spencer is Vice President of Progress for Prostate.  He has over 9 years experience in Corporate Sales and Healthcare / Research Management.  For the past 6 years he has worked explicitly in Business and Research Management in the field of Prostate Cancer.  He serves as primary liaison between those donating to our cause and the doctors, researchers, and patients that we support.

Esty Atlas – Public Relations and Media Relations
Esty is a 4-time Emmy award winning writer/creative producer with 16 years experience in television promotion and marketing.  For the past 10 years, she has worked with many public and private companies to improve their marketing communications.  Her work has also been recognized by the Colorado Broadcasters Association; New York Film Festival, National Tellys, Promax Marketing/Executives and Public Relations Society of America.

Kim Green – Creative Art Director
Kim is our Creative Art Director specializing in custom design, graphic art and website design.  Kim Green has over seven years experience on design products including corporate identity, media and production. With a diverse portfolio of art and design illustrating a wide array of creative versatility, she brings to the team solid visual impact for websites, newsletters, film, and branding. 

Kathleen Hughes – Event Coordinator
Kathleen is our Event Coordinator focusing on community events, corporate functions, fundraisers and educational seminars. Working with corporate and nonprofits, she coordinates budgets, planning, operations and implementation of events.

Christine Fiedler – Project Manager
Christine is our Project Manager, she works closely with project and production flow, including print media, revisions, estimates and specialty products. She manages purchase orders, print deadlines and correspondence with the Art Director.

Elizabeth Carleo – Office Manager
Elizabeth is our Office Manager, she schedules meetings, client appointments and regulates office administration. She manages shipments, deliveries and mailings, project filing and client correspondence.

Tammy Pliego – Hispanic Public Relations
Tammy brings to the team an understanding of the Hispanic market place. A Mexican National and American Citizen, Tammy is fluent in Spanish, and serves as an interpreter, translator for accounts in Mexico and Hispanic marketing in the U.S.
